Pedington Manor - Restoration of grade II listed manor house

The Brief – to restore a dilapidated Grade II Listed Manor House in Gloucestershire, which was on the ‘Listed Buildings at Risk’ register.  The original farmhouse was built in the 17th Century with a much grander Georgian wing added in the 18th Century.  The project was undertaken by the first firm I worked for in 2001 and was the main focus of my training to become a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor before setting up my own practice.

The property is now fully restored to its former glory using traditional techniques and materials.  Pedington Manor is currently being used as a holiday let with 9 bedrooms for 14 to 20 people.  It combines state of the art technology within a fine historic Cotswold country house.
